Beef casserole

Ingredients (4 Servings)

  • 400 g beef mince
  • 150 g corn
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 1 chopped onion
  • 1 beaten egg
  • 2 slices of bread
  • soaked in milk and drained
  • 20 g margarine
  • 250 g pasta (fusilli or macaroni)
  • Oregano to taste

Preheat the oven to 175ºC and defrost the corn. In a large bowl add the beef mince, minced garlic, chopped onion, corn, bread, and egg, and mix well. Add oregano to taste. Grease a pan with margarine and add the mixture. Bake for 1 hour, until the meat is well cooked. Serve with pasta.
