NephroCare Academy’s Dialysis Nursing Program achieves 4 more years accreditation

NephroCare Academy’s Dialysis Nursing Program has received official accreditation from EDTNA/ERCA for an additional four years for the third consecutive time. The program was first officially accredited in 2016.

NephroCare Academy is a comprehensive education resource for all healthcare professionals working in NephroCare clinics. The dialysis nursing program is designed to train new dialysis nurses and provide continuing educationto experienced nurses and contains 4 training areas: Fundamental, Advanced, Specialized and Leadership.

The comprehensive program achieved the accreditation “highly commended”, the highest category.  New this year, the complete program will be recognized with 25 EDTNA/ERCA Learning Hours. These will support learners in obtaining their relevant evidence of continuing professional development, in some countries required to maintain license as a registered nurse.
