  • 40 gr oats
  • 175 gr fat-free yogurt
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 4 gr (1 tsp) xylitol
  • 2 medium eggs
  • 50 gr blueberries

Directions

Preheat oven to  200° C (fan 180°/gas mark 6). Put all of the ingredients into a bowl, keeping back a quarter of the blueberries and stir until combined. Pour into a small oven dish and place the remaining blueberries on top. Bake for 35-40 minutes.
