Ingredients (10 Servings)

  • 450 gr (1 lb) fresh and lean turkey mince
  • 80 ml coconut milk
  • 15 gr parsley, chopped
  • 1 tsp oregano
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 25 gr white onion, diced
  • 10 gr (1 tsp) sweet paprika
  • 1 tsp fresh basil, chopped
  • 1 tsp coriander, dried
  • 1 tsp thyme
  • Salt to taste

Directions

Preheat oven to 200 C (400 F) and prepare a baking tray. In a large bowl, mix all ingredients together. Form about 10 mini patties with your hands. Arrange them in the sheet. Bake for 30 to 40 mn until cooked through. Serve with a side of vegetables.
