Nutrition Tips

The pear is a fruit particularly rich in fibres and characterised by its ability to stimulate the intestines. It thus accelerates intestinal transit and fights against constipation. This dessert meets your dietary requirements for salt (traces), phosphorus and potassium. Please note that you can reduce the phosphorous content by replacing the baking powder with baking soda.
