Ingredients (2 Servings)

  • 50 gr oats
  • 3 gr (1 tsp) sultanas
  • 2 gr (1⁄2 tsp) cinnamon
  • 1 small carrot, grated
  • 100 ml unsweetened almond milk
  • 20 gr vanilla protein powder

 

Topping (Optional)

  • 5 gr (1-heaped spoonful) Greek yogurt
  • 5 gr (squeeze) of lemon juice
  • 7 gr (1 tbsp) hazelnuts, crushed
  • 7 gr (1 tsp) honey

Directions

Place the oats, sultanas, cinnamon, protein powder and carrot in a bowl. Combine the ingredients and cover with almond milk. Place in the fridge and leave to soak overnight. Place the yogurt in the bowl and add the lemon, walnuts and honey, top the muesli and serve
