  • 1 gr (¼ teaspoon) ground turmeric
  • 1 gr (¼ teaspoon) ground cinnamon
  • 1 gr (¼ teaspoon) ground ginger

  • 1 teaspoon maple syrup
  • Grind of black pepper

Directions

put all the ingredients in a saucepan and whisk constantly over gentle heat, ideally with a milk heater. Once hot, pour into mugs and sprinkle with a little more cinnamon to serve.
